A ~2-hour breathwork experience for your private group - perfect for retreats, workshops, team offsites, or private events. In this personalized experience, participants will take part in an active meditation, while lying down. They’ll reconnect with themselves, tapping into their intuition, creativity, dreams, and desires - and bring that connection back to the group. It’s an incredible way to facilitate deeper connection, compassion, and understanding between participants.
